Over the last two weeks our server has been experiencing load spikes, causing pages to be slow or unresponsive. Our technicians have been working hard to get it stable but have yet to identify exactly what's causing these spikes. This is very concerning for us and our customers! The issue has been escalated to the highest level and progress is being made.

In the meantime, the call has been made to migrate everything to new (and extremely high powered) hardware. This will give the server the resources and capacity to deal with load spikes (no more downtime), thus giving our server technicians the time they need to methodically track down and fix the underlying issue.

We are expecting around 10mins of downtime tomorrow morning at 05:30 AWST while the new hardware is physically installed.

Migration of all data will take around 1 hour and unfortunately cannot be done while the server is online. Thus we will complete this overnight, during off-peak times.


We are fully aware of the negative impact website downtime has on business and we are extremely sorry for this inconvenience. We are doing everything we can to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
